After working with organisations that saw communication costs continue to increase despite the deregulation of the telecommunication industry in 1997, John could see that once technology enabled a quality voice service to be delivered over the Internet, telephony service costs for business could be dramatically reduced.

John has had over 40 years experience in the accounting profession both as a Partner in an International Accounting Practice and for many years as an independent practitioner.

John has wide experience in business operations including planning, management and advising to a wide range of private and public companies. John has also been involved in business start-ups, acquisitions, mergers and disposals. John has soundly based fiscal and funds raising expertise and is a director of a number of operating and trustee companies.

John has a practical knowledge of many technical and engineering issues, holds a building trades qualification and has several patent applications to his credit.

John is both a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Practising Accountant with an accredited taxation specialty.
